Pure are currently recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf of a manufacturing organisation based in Ely, this role will be on a temporary basis until February 2025. In this role you will manage both transactional finance and high level strategy, from overseeing day-to-day financial operations to preparing management accounts and contributing to long-term financial planning. You will be at the heart of the company's financial success. The Finance Manager role will manage a team of 2 in finance, reporting to the Managing Director this position will have responsibility for the following - - Cash monitoring and forecasting- Financial reporting - budget variances, P&L forecasts and cash reports- Preparation of VAT returns- Cost control- Preparation of monthly management accounts- Liaising with external stakeholders- Manage and oversee the finance teamYou must have proven experience in managing a small finance function and be comfortable reporting financial information to senior management.
