Our client, a leading manufacturing business based in Ely, is recruiting for a tenacious and driven sales executive to join the sales team. We are ideally looking for someone who has worked in a phone based sales role previously and who is energetic and target driven. This role is offering a competitive basic salary of 30,000 - 33,000 plus a monthly bonus, making the OTE up to 42,000. We are recruiting this role as a FTC of 12 months, maternity cover.
Duties to Include:
- Managing a pipeline through to final sale
- Managing customer relationships
- Sourcing new opportunities by making outbound calls, emails and internet queries
- Working to KPI's
- Updating and developing the CRM
Experience/Skills Required:
- Proven experience in a phone based sales role
- Confident and assertive telephone manner
- Able to multitask and deal with objections
- Energetic, positive and customer focussed
Hours of Work
39 hours per week - Monday - Friday Office based
