We are seeking a Multi Trade operative in Ely, Cambridgeshire for a permanent role with a reputable social housing company.
The position involves renovations and maintenance work in both void and tenanted properties, requiring NVQ Level 2 qualifications in a core subject and NVQ Level 3 if plumbing is the qualification.
Candidates must have skills in carpentry, plumbing, and decorating, along with strong customer service abilities and a full UK driver's license.
The salary for this role is £33,000 per annum, with the potential for an increase after 12 months based on performance.
The work hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, and the position includes various benefits such as a van, fuel card, and 24 days of annual leave.

We are looking for a Multi Trade operative in the Ely, Cambridgeshire area to work for a highly established social housing company in the area. The position would be a permanent role and would involve working within social housing doing renovations and maintenance covering Ely and the surrounding areas.

The successful Multi trade operative will be responsible for:

Working in void and tenanted properties
Working individually and as part of a team when required
Call outs on a rota basis
Carry out fault fixing, construction, maintenance duties
Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and in good condition
Provide accurate and timely information on the progress of works that is easily understood by the customer
Working 8-4:30 Monday to Friday

The successful Multi trade operative will:

Be NVQ Level 2 qualified in a core subject (carpentry/ plumbing/ electrical) NVQ Level 3 if Plumbing is qualification
Aware of Health and Safety Regulation
Skills in carpentry, plumbing and decorating
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work to deadlines
Full UK drivers license
