The business I am recruiting for, is an established, growing business within their industry, having established a very strong customer base over the years.

About the Job

As Hygiene Manager (Nights) you will ensure that excellent hygiene standards are met throughout the facility. You will work to the leading standards set, and ensure that documentation and reports are monitored. As Hygiene Manager you will ensure that PPE and tools are adhered to and maintained, whilst raising any issues/concerns with Senior Management.

The Ideal Candidate

An ideal candidate has worked within a Food manufacturing or a Fresh Produce processing environment for a minimum of 3 years, having worked closely with Hygiene aspects of the business. Understanding food safety requirements and being able to adhere to safe working procedures. Being able to communicate effectively and efficiently is key, as you will need to train, lead and mentor team members to ensure hygiene standards are met. You will be COSHH and FLT trained, HACCP level 2 and First Aid trained.
