In this role, you will step in for full-time teachers during their absence, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience for students.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Teaching Qualification: Must hold a teaching qualification/certificate such as QTS or PGCE.
- Experience: Previous experience as a supply teacher is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively with both staff and students.
- Attributes: Flexibility, reliability, and a calm approach to work.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage classroom activities.
