GRC International Group, a GRC Solutions Company is seeking a highly organised, proactive and people-centric team player to join its HR team as an HR officer. This is an exciting time as we have a number of HR projects in progress, which means there will be plenty of opportunities to get involved in helping to deliver them across the Company.

The role will also provide vital HR support across the throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and professional experience for everyone interacting with HR, both internally and externally.

You will work closely with other team members on day-to-day tasks, but you will also be trusted to manage your own workload and time effectively in a remote working environment.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support managers with employee related matters
  • Manage GDPR compliance process for HR Department
  • Management of contractualandtraining request process and associated administration
  • Manage recruitmentsupporting the ongoing recruitment activity across the Company
  • Policy, procedure and process updates and creation
  • Work alongside the Head of Group HR to support ongoing initiatives


To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have proven experience in an HR-focused role, with good working knowledge of HR practices;
  • Be CIPD level 3 qualified or above;
  • Have demonstrable experience of providing advice and guidance to managers on day-to-day employee matters;
  • Have a strong understanding of the benefits of efficient and effective administrative processes;
  • Be proficient in using Microsoft applications and learning new applications;
  • Be proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; and
  • Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental aspects of using the Sage People HCM or a similar HCM.


It would be beneficial to have:

  • Experience of managing multiple projects.
  • GDPR training or qualification
  • Experience of dealing with Data Subject Rights Requests.
  • Experience of ISO27001 or ISO9001 frameworks
