  • Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, and domestic abuse cases.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a compassionate, client-focused approach at all times.
  • Draft legal documents, such as court applications, consent orders, and financial statements.
  • Represent clients at hearings and court proceedings when required.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients and keep them informed throughout the process.
  • Stay updated on developments in family law to provide the highest level of service.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Qualified Solicitor (ideally 1-3 years PQE in Family Law).
  • Proven experience in handling family law cases with a proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload effectively.
