Established for over 50 years this industry leading company manufacture specialist products for use in a variety of industries. Their products are used globally and are known to be some of the best on the market. Over the last year they have seen the demand for their product increase dramatically, leading them to expand rapidly. Due to this expansion they are now looking for a Engineering Supervisor to join their team.
In this role you will be leading a small team of Engineers responsible for maintaining the fleet of onsite machinery. This will involve hands on maintenance work, ensuring PPM schedules are kept to, man management, driving continuous improvements and supporting the Engineering Manager to plan and execute projects. In addition to this you will receive specialist training and have the chance to maximise you earnings with overtime. You will be working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern consisting of days and nights so you must be comfortable with this.

The Role:
- Leading a small team of Engineers
- Pre-planned & reactive Maintenance tasks
- Ensuring PPM schedules kept to
- Working rotating shifts pattern of days and nights
- Specialist training provided
- £54,000 - £55,000 + Overtime + Training + Benefits
The Person:
- Experienced electrically biased Maintenance Engineer
- Good mechanical skills
- Experience within manufacturing/FMCG
- Team lead experience or looking for a step up
- Commutable distance to Ely area
