Administrator - Ely - 11.47per hour

Temporary, ASAP START!

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our client based in Ely, this role is a Temporary position lasting until Christmas to help support them in a busy period for the business!

Pay: 11.47

Hours: 09:00am-17:30pm, Monday to Friday

What does the role involve?

Collate installation data and use our software to create installation schedules, based on expected time required in store and travel.

Support installers whilst they are on the road and quality control checks using pictures of work done.

Create final reports for clients once each project is finished.

Ensure installations are scheduled correctly and in a timely manner, and any issue raised immediately.

Maintain a master spreadsheet & database of work performed by installers and the most recent photographs of them.

Take ownership for resolving any problems identified by the installers and relevant assembly operatives, in relation to missing display items/components.

Skills and/or experience required:

  • Good levels of verbal and written English
  • Ability to use IT systems and Microsoft Office packages such as Excel is required.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and the ability to think creatively to solve challenges.
  • Ability to take a proactive approach to resolving problems on site.
  • Able to work on own initiative and under pressure.
  • Flexible approach to meet the needs and time restraints of high-profile projects.
  • If you have experience of logistics/resource planning/Scheduling that would be beneficial.
