Job Description:Â We are seeking a motivated and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our team. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education for our students during teacher absences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supervising classes and ensuring students remain on task with their learning activities.
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons and managing classroom behavior.
- Supporting students with their learning and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure a smooth transition during teacher absences.
- Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with secondary school students is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings.
