Our client, a respected firm of Quantity Surveyors & Project Managers, is looking for an energetic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Ely.
The role involves supporting the surveying team in various pre-contract and post-contract services, with a focus on projects ranging from £100k to £500 million.
The position offers a competitive salary between £25k and £40k, along with benefits such as hybrid working, 25 days holiday, pension contributions, and APC support.
Candidates should have a qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field; industry experience is preferred but not essential, making the role suitable for graduates or college leavers.
The ideal candidate should be willing to commute to Ely and possess effective communication skills to build strong working relationships.

Our client is well-respected, firm of Quantity Surveyors & Project Managers, seeking an energetic and confident Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team based from their Ely office. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support the surveying team throughout the quantity surveying process.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Position Overview* Assist with pre-contract services (Measuring, production of pricing, tendering).* Aid the team with post-contract services (Manage/administer sub-contractor payments, track project spends).* Support with final accounts (Production/Agreement of accounts, Preparation of financial reports, final accounts and claim documents).

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements* A qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction or similar. * Industry experience preferred but not essential.* Need to be willing to commute to Ely. * Open to graduates / college leavers with a Degree, HNC / HND etc. * Communicate effectively or build good working relationships.
