My client is undoubtedly one of the areas most successful and established Estate Agents and is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their thriving business. 

We are looking for a tenacious, polished and confident individual, who is capable to undertake viewings, communicate with vendors and buyers effectively, negotiate offers and deliver first class customer service at all times.Duties of this role:

  • Deal with telephone and email enquiries
  • Register applicants
  • Arrange and undertake viewings
  • Book in valuation and listing appointments
  • Negotiate offers
  • Carry out market appraisals
  • Keep vendors and applicants updated 
Experience required for this role:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working within estate agency
  • Great customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence
