We are looking for a tenacious, polished and confident individual, who is capable to undertake viewings, communicate with vendors and buyers effectively, negotiate offers and deliver first class customer service at all times.Duties of this role:

Deal with telephone and email enquiries
Register applicants
Arrange and undertake viewings
Book in valuation and listing appointments
Negotiate offers#
Carry out market appraisals
Keep vendors and applicants updated

Experience required for this role:

Minimum of 2 years experience working within estate agency
Great customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
The drive and ambition to progress your career
Knowledge of the local area and property market
