Due to rapid expansion, we are seeking to recruit a person with excellent administrative skills to administer and coordinate all projects for one of our contractors, workingclosely with other staff providing admin services to this Contract.
A brief description of duties is listed below
- Complete administration duties to workstreams assigned to yourself.
- Offer excellent and prompt customer service to the contractor and their customers keeping them updated on the progress of the project
- Typing of specifications returned to the office by the project surveyor
- Work closely with company surveyors and/or directors to ensure any customer queries/ complaints are dealt with promptly.
- Check all contractors job packs/ new survey files to ensure they are correct before issuing to field engineers/ surveyors.
- Interacting with different departments within the organisation
The successful candidatewill possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer and typing skills.
- A confident and effective communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- High level of PC literacy
- Good team worker with the ability to work with/ manage others to achieve the end goal.
- Strong organisational skills, with a key to detail
- Ability to work in a pressured environment.
