The role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a variety of financial and administrative tasks. From processing invoices and chasing outstanding debts to issuing purchase orders and maintaining daily bank reconciliations, you'll have plenty of opportunities to make an impact.
On top of that, you'll be the go-to person for customer queries, ensuring smooth communication and problem-solving. No two days are the same, so if you thrive in a dynamic environment with plenty of variety, this could be the perfect fit!
You'll also assist with running monthly reports to provide key insights on actual vs. budget data, and you'll provide essential support to the wider finance team by assisting where required.

About you:
If you've got a solid background in finance, know your way around a spreadsheet and enjoy working with people, this could be a great fit for you.
We're looking for someone with experience in transactional finance processes, who also has strong communication and customer service skills, confidently handling queries and solving problems.
Flexibility and resilience are key, as you'll be working 100% from the office and adapting to the varied demands of the role. Additionally, since this isn't on public transport routes, having your own transport is essential.
