As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Line Warehouse Operator to focus on the disassemble of returned or defective vape products for recycling, repair, and parts recovery. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient breakdown and organisation of materials for reuse or disposal.

Role Overview:

The Production Line Warehouse Operator will be responsible for disassembling vape devices and components, sorting parts, managing inventory, and ensuring proper recycling and waste management. This role requires precision, a focus on efficiency, and the ability to follow safety and compliance standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Disassembling of Vape Products: Safely and efficiently disassemble vape devices, batteries, and components to recover usable parts or prepare materials for proper recycling.

Parts Sorting & Inventory Management: Sort and categorise disassembled parts for reuse, repair, or disposal. Maintain accurate records of recovered components and manage stock levels.

Quality Control: Inspect disassembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards for repair or recycling, identifying defective components.

Warehouse Operations: Assist with receiving, storing, and organising disassembled materials, as well as picking and preparing components for reassembly or shipment.

Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations, particularly when handling electronic devices, batteries, and hazardous materials, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.

Waste Management: Properly dispose of non-recyclable materials and hazardous components according to environmental and safety guidelines.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve disassembling efficiency and reduce waste in the recycling and repair processes.

Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse and repair teams to ensure a smooth work flow between disassembling, parts recovery, and logistics.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a disassembling, warehouse, or production line role, preferably in electronics, vaping, or similar industries.

- Ability to safely disassemble electronic devices and handle components such as batteries.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

- Good understanding of warehouse processes, including stock management and parts sorting.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to health and safety protocols.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Forklift certification (preferred but not essential).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in electronics disassembling, repair, or recycling.

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations, particularly when handling electronic components and hazardous materials.

- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
