They have a vacancy for a Carpenter to join the Team covering the Portsmouth area.

Duties include:

• A wide variety of carpentry repairs in occupied homes, buildings and empty properties.
• The work will include; fitting of various types of doors, first and second fixing, kitchen installations, ceramic wall tiling, vinyl floor tiling and non-licenced asbestos removal (where full training will be given).

Essential Qualifications:

• 2 – 5 yrs. experience of working in Social Housing or Building Maintenance environment
• NVQ level 2-3 in carpentry or equivalent
