This Marketing Executive role is working for a real estate development and management company in the Emsworth area. The role has the capacity to be full time or part time based on the candidate. The role is paying around 25,000 depending on experience.
The Marketing Executive role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive online engagement, and generate qualified leads. This includes managing social media profiles, scheduling content, overseeing SEO strategies, executing paid digital campaigns, and collaborating with the sales team to support lead generation. The role involves content creation, optimising digital campaigns, tracking performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will stay updated on industry trends to ensure innovative strategies and drive company growth.
You will need:
- Ideally experience within a similar marketing focused role
- A degree in marketing or similar
- Strong knowledge of content creation and social media management tools
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques
- Experience with email marketing platforms is preferred
- A passion for real estate or property management is advantageous
