I am seeking an administrator to support a busy team of financial services professionals. You'll be busy updating records and speaking to clients and financial institutions over the phone.

The job role is varied, full training is provided.

Job duties

  • Providing administrative assistance to Report Writers, Case Managers, and the Head of Client Servicing,
  • Updating 'fact finds' on our internal database system,
  • Sending letters of authority and liaising with financial providers
  • Offering crucial administrative support throughout the case management process
  • Speaking to clients to keep them appraised of their case progress
  • Ensure policy information is accurately updated.

Skills required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • IT proficiency on Databases and Microsoft Office
