This Property Sales Assistant position is working for a company in the Emsworth area. The role is office based, Monday to Friday, with only a 35-hour working week! The hours are also flexible, with the core hours being 10am-4pm. This role is paying a basic salary of 28,000 depending on experience. There is also commission offered within this role.

The company specialise in the management and development of commercial and residential planning applications and developments. They have a variety of high-profile clients as well as small independent developers.

As a Property Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for liaising with estate agents to build and maintain relationships, coordinate property valuations, arrange viewings, and ensure accurate marketing materials are approved for publication. They will organise property viewings, schedule photography, and manage key collection. The assistant will track the progress of property transactions, liaising with agents, solicitors, and clients to ensure smooth sales progression and resolve any issues. They will request property valuations, analyse market trends, and assess pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning. Additionally, the role includes conducting market research, performing site appraisals, and identifying investment opportunities. The assistant will be responsible for coordinating marketing instructions and ensuring that property listings are accurate. This position also requires effective communication and follow-ups with clients, agents, and buyers to ensure timely feedback and deal closure.

You will need:

  • A degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or a similar position is preferred.
  • At least 1 years' experience in property sales
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • To be driven and organised
  • Strong sales skills, ability to close deals and negotiate
