If you are a highly organised Administrator with a legal background this permanent role could be for you.
Key duties to include:
- Prepare and send quotations
- Open new client files and assist in preparing contract packs
- Prepare completion statements
- Dealing with registration at HM Land Registry
- Keep clients, estate agents, and solicitors updated on transaction progress.
- Organise incoming mail with client files, liaise with fee earners on action items, and address queries.
