We are seeking an experienced Multi Trader Plasterer to join a well-established contractor in the social housing sector in the Dorset area.
The position is permanent and requires travel between Weymouth and Bournemouth.
The salary for this role ranges from £35,000 to £37,000, depending on experience, along with a van and fuel card provided from day one.
Candidates should have over 5 years of experience or be a qualified Plasterer, as well as a clean driving record with 6 or fewer points and a clean DBS.
This role involves various tasks including plastering repairs, painting, and preparing surfaces for new tenants.

We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader Plasterer to join a highly established contractor within the social housing sector, working in the Dorset area. You will be expected to travel between Weymouth and Bournemouth. This role will be a permanent position.

35,000-37,000 salary (depending on experience)

The Multi Trader Plasterer will have to complete:

Works on social housing repairs, planned and void
Plastering repairs
Preparation and surface cleaning
Plastering and skimming
Painting and decorating
Repairing damaged surfaces
Cleaning and preparing for new tenants

The successful Multi Trader Plasterer will have:

Social housing experience
More than 5 years' experience or be a qualified Plasterer
6 or less points on licence
A clean DBS
