Our client, a Main Contractor, based in Emsworth, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The SQS will be working on a range of projects focusing mainly on high-end residential including; new-builds, refurbishments and alterations. They will be tendering and managing a range of projects of varying nature and value, currently topping out at around the £1M mark. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business, who specialise on quality projects within the area.
It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has a strong background in quantity surveying and high-end residential project experience is preferred. This opportunity offers a very attractive package and progression to a more senior level.
