As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and focus on the Town Planning sector.

The Role:
As a Town Planning Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing and placing top talent in permanent roles within the town planning sector. You'll be working closely with planning consultancies, local authorities, and private sector firms, building strong relationships and helping them find the best planning professionals. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships and negotiating job offers.

Key Responsibilities:
路Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the town planning sector.
路Develop a deep understanding of clients' recruitment needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
路Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable roles.
路Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate management, offer negotiation, and post-placement support.
路Actively build and expand your network of town planning professionals.
路Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market shifts, and new opportunities.
路Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team targets.

Key Requirements:
路Previous experience in recruitment, preferably on a permanent desk
路Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
路Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
路Strong organisational and time-management skills.
路Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.
路A positive, driven, and results-oriented attitude.
