Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Exciting Opportunity at our client Primary School in Emsworth

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our Ofsted rated good primary school based in Emsworth.

As a HLTA, your role will include:

  • Delivering lessons prepared by the class teacher when required.
  • Supporting the learning and development of pupils across various year groups.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to adapt resources and strategies to support individual learning needs.
  • Assisting with classroom setup, creating resources, and maintaining a safe and organised learning environment.
  • Being an integral part of a team committed to providing a nurturing and positive learning experience for every child.

Requirements:

  • Essential: HLTA status or expereince working as a TA
  • Desirable: Previous experience in a similar role
