RECfinancial is supporting a progressiveand fast paced Leicester based SME in their search to appoint a new Financial Controller.
Based in a smart office, the role is commutable distance from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derbyand Coventry / Warwickshire.
Reporting to and supporting the Managing Director, this exciting Financial Controllers role is the number one finance role within the business and will take ownership of all of the businesses finance and accounting activities.
Tasks will include the managementand developmentof a small team, owning the monthly management accounting, VAT, cashflow forecasting, long range business planning, presenting the monthly figures to the SLT, year end and supporting the business to make well informed decisions through robustfinancial analysis.
This is a hands-on role and it will be exposed to all areas of the company.
The client is keen to hire a candidate who has a broad set of experience of covering both management and financial accounting. You will be a qualified accountant in either the CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification. Your CV will demonstrate you have added value to the business that you have worked for and improvements that you have made.
It's likely that you will be in a Head of Finance, Financial Controller or Finance Manager type role.

The role has a salary range of between 60,000 and 70,000 plus benefits.
