The role is based at an impressive office which is commutablefrom all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby and Coventry / Warwickshire.
Reportingto the Finance Manager, This exciting Management Accountant role will take ownership of the monthly accounts for a busy subsidiarybusiness. The role is a good mix of standard month end reporting, business partnering with non finance teams and commercial / financial analysis.
The business is really doing something in its market and there are a number of excitingprojects ahead of them in 2025. They expect turnover to grow between 10 & 15% over the year.
The finance team is focused on continuallyimproving and in the next year will be having an upgrade to its accounts software and the full adoption of Power Bi.
The line manager for the role has a natural coaching style and takes a hands off approach to management. They would like to hire a candidate who is capable of being promoted through the business into bigger roles in the future.
The business offers hybrid working.
They are keen to hire an ambitious candidate who is level headed and its liklythat you will be in a Management Accountant, Assistant Accountant, Assistant Management Accountant or a Financial Analyst type role.
The client will consider candidates who are either qualified or working towards the CIMA or ACCA qualification.
The role has a salary range of between 42,000 and 50,000 plus a benefits package that includes a bonus and study support if required.
