Management Accountant

RECfinancial is exclusively recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a large Leicestershire based business.The role is based at an impressive office which is commutablefrom all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby and Coventry / Warwickshire.Reportingto the Financial Controller, This exciting Management Accountant role will take ownership of the monthly accounts for this busy business. The role is a good mix of standard month end reporting, business partnering with non finance teams and commercial / financial analysis.The business is really doing something in its market and there are a number of excitingprojects ahead of them as 2025progresses. They expect turnover to grow between 10 & 15% over the year.The finance team is focused on continuallyimproving their processesand the information the goes out to the wider business.The line manager for the role has a natural coaching style and takes a hands off approach to management. They would like to hire a candidate who is capable of being promoted through the business into bigger roles in the future.They are keen to hire an ambitious candidate who is level headed and it's likelythat you will be in a Management Accountant, Assistant Accountant, Assistant Management Accountant or a Financial Analyst type role.The client will consider candidates who are either qualified or working towards the CIMA or ACCA qualification.The role has a salary range of between 45,000 and 50,000 plus a benefits package and study support if required.
