SF Recruitment is seeking seasonal Customer Service Advisors to join our team in supporting our growing client base during the busy festive season. Our dedicated team provides top-tier service to customers, handling orders, and providing product information. As the first point of contact for queries and complaints, you will see each through to a positive resolution, enhancing customer experiences and retaining their loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone or email
- Assist customers with product orders and general inquiries
- Handle escalated queries and complaints with a focus on achieving positive outcomes
- Maintain excellent communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Promote the company's brand values
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a multi-channel call centre environment
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in IT skills, including Word and Excel, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
