Pure Staff Birmingham are currently recruiting for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to support one of our customers situated in the Leicester area. This is your chance to get part-time temporary ADHOC work. If you fit the criteria below, please do not hesitate to apply.
The role for an HGV Class 1 driver:
- Up to 2 -3 deliveries/collections
- Nationwide deliveries
- Long hours.
- Start times from 6AM to 6PM
- Must be able to strap and secure load safety.
- Be able to perform vehicle checks.
- Have experience with curtain-sided trailers.
To be a successful HGV Class 1 driver for this role you will need:
- UK Category C+E license
- In date Digi and CPC card
- 12 months minimum Class 1 driving experience
- Minimum 21 yearsold due to insurance purposes.
- Opportunity for permanent position
- Flexibility on shift patterns
- Reliable (on time for work and a good attendance record)
- No more than 3 points on your licence.
Rates for an HGV Class 1 Driver:
- Monday to Friday days = 16.50
