Location: Hybrid / Leicester, LE19 1SU – Attendance at our office 2 days per week

Job Purpose, Tasks, and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Planning, reviewing, administration, and running of a portfolio of courses.
  • Attending and contributing to operational meetings.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external clients to ensure seamless support for training programmes.
  • Gathering and analysing feedback from clients and delegates.
  • Managing and resolving cases on Salesforce while monitoring daily client queries.
  • Coordinating with external speakers and cohosts.
  • Monitoring course scheduling and ensuring viability.
  • Running departmental reporting as required by the Senior Operations Manager.
  • Delegating tasks to administrators and coordinators to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Taking responsibility for training on any required software or systems.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of contractor timesheets.
  • Overseeing task distribution within the department to ensure effective completion.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must have / be:

  • Experience running, coordinating, and organising training events.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Extensive experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with administrative processes.
  • The ability to work effectively in a hybrid office/home setting.

To be successful in this role, it would be great if you have:

  • Experience within the accounting industry and an understanding of current technical changes.
  • Previous experience planning training programmes tailored to accountants and tax advisers.
