Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting drivers at all levels, managing a team of three consultants, and ensuring the division's growth, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit drivers across various levels within the logistics sector.
Manage and mentor a team of three recruitment consultants.
Drive the growth of the division by achieving and exceeding KPIs.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Monitor market trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the logistics sector.
Proven track record of achieving KPIs and delivering results.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
