Job Purpose, Tasks, and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a ringfenced set of business development accounts, focusing on renewing existing business and generating new sales from these accounts, plus securing new clients.
  • Making outbound calls to current clients to upsell and cross-sell (no cold calling).
  • Logging activity and maintaining up-to-date client information within Salesforce and Microsoft Teams.
  • Delivering achievable sales targets with enthusiasm and adaptability.
