Being the first point of contact for all the the company’s customers you will play an instrumental role to ensure an excellent service is delivered and customers orders are fulfilled to the highest standard!

The Sales Order Processor Role:

  • Handling all incoming calls and enquiries and processing orders for new and existing clients
  • Ensuring customers’ receive an excellent service from initial engagement through to aftercare
  • Inputting accurate data onto the internal system(s) to ensure all orders are processed correctly and to the highest standard
  • Liaise with various internal departments to ensure SLA’s are achieved
  • Adhere to health and safety on-site
  • Support the business with other administration duties as required

You’ll Need:

  • Previous experience of working in a customer service environment would be advantageous, however is not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages: Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask
  • Has attention to detail and accuracy in the work carried out
  • Proactive and able to make decisions when required
  • Experience with CRM’s would be beneficial
