Quality Officer Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and manage external accreditation processes.
- Support adherence to ISO 14001, 45001 standards, and facilitate third-party audits.
- Establish, implement, and maintain IMS processes across the organization.
- Collaborate with purchasing to set quality standards for suppliers and oversee supplier approval.
- Conduct site inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
- Perform risk assessments, including COSHH assessments, and implement necessary controls.
- Develop safety communications and initiatives to promote best practices and lessons learned.
- Lead internal audits, investigate non-conformances, and oversee corrective action closure.
- Liaise with client representatives on Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) matters.
Quality Officer Experience/Knowledge Required:
- Some experience with either ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 standards.
- Background in conducting internal audits and risk assessments.
- Experience maintaining an Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Full UK driving licence required
- Willing to travel twice per month to other sites in the UK, expenses will be covered.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday permanent full-time days.
