My client are a local secondary school in Enfield. They are currently looking for a temporary Office Administrator to join their team to work with the senior leadership team.
Main duties include:
- making appointments, maintaining the electronic diary for SLT using MS Outlook
- Scheduling lesson observations as required and arranging follow up meetings
- Carrying out a range of administrative and clerical functions i.e. typing, maintaining spread sheets, filing, photocopying etc
- Supervising the arrangements for all relevant meetings as requested, including room booking, preparation of materials and minute taking when required
- Making all necessary arrangements for school events as directed by the Deputy Headteachers
- Organising refreshments for meetings
Knowledge of MS Outlook and SIMS is essential for the role
