Our client who has been providing buildings support to local authorities, social landlords, NHS trusts and private sector clients for over 40 years is now looking for a Bid Coordinator to join their team to support the coordination and production or various proposals. They are offering an attractive package with a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 and benefits such as life insurance.

Successful candidates will support the Head of Bids by coordinating and producing various proposal documents such as PPQ, SQ,RFI,ITT,RFP, RFPS and maintain the Bid Library. This is a Hybrid Role working 3 days a week in the office

Bid Coordinator Job Overview
  • Manage, sift through and respond to EU public procurement notices and monitor tender portals
  • Help and support the Bid manager in coordinating the internal teams to ensure submissions meet deadlines
  • Assist with drafting responses to bid and tender questions, clarifications and divisional processes
  • Assist with the management of office contacts and project databases
  • Review and update standard responses and the bid library for future use
  • Liaise with QSHE to ensure certificates and insurances are up to date on frameworks, DPS', and portals
  • Ensure proper storage and retrieval of relevant bid information
  • Bid and related research
  • Assist with project and contact databases
  • Maintain project tracker and statistics on bids and tenders
Bid Coordinator Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Bid Coordinator or similar
  • Previous experience of working in a similar industry/environment is required
Bid Coordinator Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £30,000- £35,000
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30- 5:00 (1 hour lunch break)
  • Hybrid working- 3 days a week in the office.
  • Holiday Package: 21 days + 8BH increasing based on service
