We’re hiring an Account Manager to join a fast-growing, dynamic workplace solutions provider in North London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a field sales role, loves building long-term client relationships, and is passionate about unlocking new revenue opportunities.

You’ll be supported with extensive training and development and rewarded with a generous commission scheme, clear progression path, and all the tools you need to succeed.

The RoleYou’ll be focused on increasing wholesale product sales across new and existing business accounts. Once established, your revenue target will be to deliver £25,000+ per month of new revenue, driven by:

  • New machine installations with ancillary product sales
  • Unlocking untapped spend from existing clients
  • Expanding into client sister sites and neighbouring businesses
  • Targeting and converting new B2B prospects

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships across your territory
  • Sell products and solutions that align with each client’s needs and workplace culture
  • Conduct outbound calls and in-person visits to secure new business
  • Proactively upsell products and services to existing accounts
  • Generate tailored proposals and deliver compelling client presentations
  • Use CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) to track all sales and account activity
  • Enforce product supply contracts where required
  • Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to refine your approach

Your Weekly Rhythm

  • 3 days in the office making outbound calls and booking meetings
  • 2 days in the field conducting client visits and follow-ups
  • Aim to book and complete 20–30 meetings per month
  • Submit weekly performance reports and attend regular sales strategy sessions

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years in B2B sales or account management
  • Experience with CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and target-driven
  • Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills
  • A full UK driving licence is essential
