Salon Beauty Therapist - Full Time or Part Time, PermanentLocation: Enfield, LondonSalary: £11.50 per hour, plus commission
Flagship salon with over a decade of excellence in manicures, brow treatments, Facials, and eyelash extensions. Currently undergoing a chic refurbishment, the salon champions creativity and ensures every client feels confident, polished, and stylish.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure clients have a positive experience.- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments.- Perform a wide range of salon treatments with precision and care.- Maintain accurate and organised client records.- Ensure a safe, healthy, and clean working environment.- Provide expert advice to clients on suitable retail products.Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ Beauty Qualification Level 3 or equivalent required.- People-oriented with a friendly, positive demeanour.- Genuine passion for traditional salon treatments, especially waxing and nailcare- Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative.- Reliable, hardworking, and ability to thrive in a busy environment.- Desire to grow with an expanding company.- Strong work ethic.- Ability to provide advice and recommend products.- Sales-focused with experience meeting targets.
Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as needed.
