Our Client is a leading name within the Asbestos industry, with national contracts and a growing portfolio of contracts. Due to recently winning new contracts in the South East, they are recruiting for a hardworking Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, ideally with a strong background working in the industry. Experience / Qualifications:
- You must have experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, ideally for a UKAS accredited outfit
- Will be qualified with the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications (or RSPH equivalents)
- Strong industry knowledge, including UKAS, HSG 248 & HSG 264
- IT literate
- Good written ability
- Organised and hardworking attitude
The Role:
- Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos survey reports
- Undertaking 4 Stage Clearances as well as Leak, Personal, Background and Reassurance air testing
- Writing detailed survey and analytical reports, including schematic drawings
- Maintaining compliance standards across removals projects
- Liaising with asbestos removal operatives on a daily basis
- Working across a mix of Commercial, Private Sector and Local Authority sites
- Representing the company in a professional manner
