Salary: 33,000 - 38,000
Location: Enfield(Inner M25)

Role Overview:
This position offers an excellent work-life balance within a UKAS-accredited Asbestos Consultancy in the Inner M25. The role involves surveying commercial sites across London, the Essex, and occasionally beyond.
Qualifications:
- Required: BOHS P402 certification (additional qualifications are advantageous)
- Experience: 1-4 years (salary dependent on experience)
- License: Full UK driving license
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams
Responsibilities:
- Identify asbestos-containing materials
- Assess asbestos-related risks
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Produce accurate, concise reports
- Adhere to deadlines
- Stay informed on industry guidelines
