We are seeking an Accounts Administrator for a temporary position within a social housing company. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the social housing or property sector, with a flexible start in early February 2025.
Day-to-day of the role:- Utilising Square Software for daily banking activities.
- Handling daily invoicing tasks.
- Chasing payments and resolving queries related to them.
- Converting square payments into jobs.
- Allocating BACS payments in Simpro.
- Previous experience within the social housing or property sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Simpro Software is advantageous.
- Experience with Square Software is beneficial.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
