Our Facility Maintenance & Cleaning Support is responsible for ensuring that facilities are clean, well-maintained, and safe for employees and visitors. This role includes performing routine maintenance tasks, cleaning duties, and minor repairs as needed.

This role will be 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning Duties:
    • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
    • Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and windows.
    • Clean restrooms and replenish supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.).
    • Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.
    • Ensure all common areas are clean and presentable.
  • Maintenance Tasks:
    • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and patching walls.
    • Report larger maintenance issues to management.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Follow safety protocols and regulations while performing tasks.
    • Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.
    • Ensure that all work areas are hazard-free.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Keep track of cleaning supplies and request restocks as needed.
    • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or cleaning roles is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
