Young people ('coachees') quickly acclimatise to their work environment, are supported in learning their new roles, and transition effectively from education into employment.

Line managers and other colleagues learn how to confidently manage, develop and work with young people with SEND in ways that help them to flourish.

To flourish in this highly rewarding and varied role, you will be an adaptable people person and an effective communicator with a desire to bring about fairer, more inclusive and equitable workplaces. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to support young people with SEND to transition into employment and take their first steps towards independence. Previous experience is essential.
