Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to various locations.
Duties
- Drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle to deliver goods
- Communicate effectively with the warehouse team
- Perform heavy lifting when required
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Adhere to all road safety regulations
Shift pattern
41 hours week
AM = 06:00-17:00 each day OR
PM = 10:30-21:30 with PM Saturday shift being 07:00-18:00
5-week rotating shift pattern including 3 out of 5 Saturdays
No bank holiday or Sunday working.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role
- Valid 7.5 Tonne driving licence
- Ability to handle heavy loads
- Excellent communication skills
- Commercial driving experience is desirable
- Flexibility to work varying shifts
