Sonic Summary

A&G Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Temporary Van Driver in Enfield, with a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, including weekends.
The position offers a pay rate of £13 per hour, increasing to £19.50 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays, with shifts lasting 10-12 hours starting at 5:00 AM.
This temporary role runs from August 4th to September 10th, with the potential for a long-term position for the right candidate.
Candidates must have a clean UK driving license (up to 6 points) and at least 6 months of commercial driving experience.
Physical fitness is required due to heavy lifting involved in loading and unloading clean and soiled linen.

A&G Resourcing Ltd is currently recruiting for a Temporary Van Driver for our well known client based in Enfield.

Our clients operate 7days a week so the shift patter will include weekend work and it’s a 4on 4off shift.

4th August - 10th September

Temporary cover with possibility of long term role for the right candidate.

05:00am start

£13/h with about 10-12h shift.

£19.50/h Saturdays and Sundays.

Main Responsibilities:

Loading and Unloading
Delivery and collection of clean and soiled linen
Communication with the Transport Manager
Unloading of the company vehicle on your return to the depot at the end of your days' delivery round
Collection of the product and handing them into the service office
Keeping record of all deliveries and collections

Skills / experienced required:

Clean UK driving licence (up to 6points due to insurance purposes)
6 months commercial driving experience (due to insurance purposes)
Good London knowledge
Must be physically fit due to heavy lifting involved.
