The Recruitment Crowd is seeking multiple HGV Class 2 Drivers (CAT C) for a well-known client in the Enfield area.
Shifts are available from Monday to Sunday, with pay rates of £14.76 per hour for days and £15.92 per hour for nights on a PAYE basis.
The role involves securely transporting palletised parcels, handling runs with 4-5 stops, and assisting with loading and unloading.
Candidates must have a full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement, a valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph card, and no more than 6 points on their licence.
This ongoing position offers an opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in Enfield area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 2 Drivers (CAT C) to join the team.

Hours:Shifts across Monday to Sunday,

Pay Rate:

Days - £14.76 per hour PAYE

Nights - £15.92 per hour PAYE

Location:Enfield, EN3

Job Type: Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidate

The role:

Working set shifts with a rota planned in advance.
Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels to couriers or collecting them from delivery units.
Handling runs with 4-5 stops, focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.
Drivers may be required to assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck.
Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement (category C).
Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
Full understanding of WTD legislation.
Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.
Excellent communication skills.
A safety-first mindset.
