The position available is for an HGV Class 1 Driver with a pay range of £19 to £26 per hour.
The role involves delivering products from a depot in Harlow to stores in London and Essex, primarily handling ambient drops with assistance from a driver's mate during night shifts.
Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of valid HGV1 UK license, CPC, and DIGI, along with no more than 6 points on their license.
Flexible rotas are offered, requiring at least one weekend day, with start times ranging from 03:00 am to 14:00 pm and guaranteed minimum 8 hours pay.
This job can be full-time or part-time, with additional benefits including free on-site parking.

HGV Class 1 Driver
£19 to £26 per hour

The Role

A high street retailer is seeking quality HGV Class 1 Drivers to deliver products from its depot in Harlow to its stores in the surrounding London & Essex area.

Key activities

Primarily ambient drops (2-3 drops per shift)
Drivers Mate Assistance provided for night shift
Chilled and Frozen drops included

Rotas:

Flexible rotas available, must do at least 1 day in the weekend

Start times available:

03:00am - 11:00am
12:00pm - 14:00pm

Pay:

£19:00 - £21.50ph Mon-Fri
£20 - £22.50ph Sat
£21 - £23.50ph Sun
£26ph after 45hours
Minimum 8 hours pay guaranteed.
Shift length - 10-12 hours

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months Full Valid HGV1 UK licence, CPC, and DIGI
No more than 6 points on your licence
No major endorsements
