Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and build on B2B relationships to maximise group revenue.
  • Oversee the quality of instructions made through your consultants.
  • Support with team management and inspire your team to maximise performance.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and customers.
  • Collaborate with peers across divisions to build networks and identify opportunities for referrals.
  • Manage KPIs, income cost, and profit budgets through effective project management and organisation.

  • Ability to coach and develop an effective team.
