The Role:
Our client is a leading national supplier of building materials into the house building sector. Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive sales within the New Build housing market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within regional and national house builders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the house building sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market share growth.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, internal sales, and customer service teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales management within the building materials or construction sector, with a particular emphasis on house builders.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
